No Harley Quinn was created in the Batman Animated Series.From the fan response there she made it into the comics. She has never made an appearance on the Big Screen. She was however the main villian on the series with batmans Daughter. (cant remember the name)

She was in the WB series Birds of Prey about Batman and Catwoman’s daughter. It was a weird show that veered off from the comics though.

HarleyQ has an amazing fight scene at the end with Barbara Gordon, to the dulcet tones of T.A.T.U., one of the best episdes of any show, EVERRR!

that was BIRDS OF PREY
pretty decent. kinda weird, but cool and different. some sketchy effects sometimes, but in the episode SLICK, the water guy looked so real when he shot water at ppl!!!! harley quinn was a great chatacter
