I believe the stock forks on a '69 Sporty were proprietary H-D make. A '69 has a drum brake on the front. If yours has a disc brake, it's probably Jap made.
Stock factory Sporty's ran both Showa &#038; Kayaba disc brake forks later on, so, without pix, only the dealer or a Harley x-pert would know.</description>
