    not positive,but think it was around 96

    The FLHRI Road King was introduced in 1995. Upgraded engines in 1999 and 2006.

    The ‘glides didn’t get FI as an option until 2004.

    In the 90s. My 2001 Electra Glide has it.

    1995, and that includes all the tour bikes.
